Sleep is part of the plan

Sleep is not a side topic. Short nights can show up as fatigue, a short temper, higher blood pressure, and a harder time with weight. The visit can look at the hour you get into bed, caffeine late in the day, pain, and medicines that keep you awake.
A useful first step is plain. Keep a regular sleep window. Get morning light. Leave the phone out of the bed. If snoring, gasping, or daytime sleepiness is the pattern, that is a reason to talk about it, not a reason to ignore it.
